Import huffduffer channels
use huffduffer as a source for a radio channel

How to listen to huffduffer podcasts as a radio stream:

huffduffer is a service that lets you "put together a podcast of audio files that you've discovered on the web." As their site states: "Huffduffer takes the pain out of podcasting found sounds." In other words, with huffduffer you can quickly create your own podcast simply by bookmarking audio files and links you find just about anywhere.

Follow these instructions to add huffduffer rss/podcasts to your audio stream:

  1. Locate the huffduffer RSS url
  2. Create a RadioWeave podcast channel for that RSS url
  3. Upload an appropriate channel image

1. Locate the huffduffer RSS url:

In the right-hand column of any huffduffer page you'll see a section like this:

That "RSS" hyperlink points to the podcast URL. Either copy that address to your clipboard, or click on "RSS" to see the url in the browser's address field, something like this:

Save that address (in this example it is "http://huffduffer.com/tags/rwwparade/rss") for step 2

2. Create a RadioWeave podcast channel for that RSS url:

In the previous step, you located the URL for a huffduffer channel. Use that URL in the insructions for creating a podcast channel.

3. Upload an appropriate channel image:

Channels look much better if there is an image associated with them (which huffduffer does not provide). After creating the channel you can then explore then channel, select "edit settings" and use "upload new image" as shown here:

4. Done

Congratulations. You have importaed a huffduffer feed for radio.
